Kristian Schulz is an Attorney-at-Law at OP ČAD,, specializing in banking and finance, tax law, employment law, commercial law, insolvency and restructuring, debt enforcement and recovery, corporate law, real estate, dispute prevention and resolution, mergers and acquisitions, sports law, and insurance and tort law.

Kristian has been an integral part of OP ČAD since day one, joining us straight out of law school in 2020. Over the years, he has proven himself to be a sharp legal mind, a dedicated advocate, and a trusted colleague.

Kristian obtained his LL.B. from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law, in 2017, followed by an LL.M. from the same institution in 2019. In 2020, he passed the Administrative Procedural Law Examination conducted by the Ministry of Public Administration, Slovenia, and successfully completed the Slovenian Bar Exam in 2023.

His comprehensive educational background and multilingual capabilities equip him to provide tailored legal solutions across various practice areas, making him a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.
