Position

Anne is currently working as an Associate Solicitor for the Wills and Probate team.

Career

Anne joined Mullis & Peake in January 2019 as a Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney Paralegal and then she started her Training Contract with the firm in October 2020. She qualified on 1st April 2022 and is currently working as an Associate Solicitor in the Wills & Probate department.

She completed her undergraduate degree in Law (LLB Hons) with Criminology in July 2018 from the University of Roehampton. She then completed her LPC LLM degree in Master of Laws in Legal Professional Practice in November 2019 from The University of Law, London Moorgate.

Anne has experience in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also deals with the full administration of estates and obtaining Grants of Probate / Letters of Administration. She can deal with estates where the deceased left a Will, but also when the intestacy rules apply when the deceased did not leave a Will.
