Position

Guy is the Head of the Commercial Property and Leasehold Reform departments at Osbornes Law, Guy deals with all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and sales, the granting of new leases and assignment of existing ones and the 1954 Act renewals and ancillary matters such as licences to sub-let or alter. He acts for both landlords and tenants and handles deals involving a diverse range of property from landmark buildings. Guy also heads up the Leasehold Reform team dealing with lease extensions, enfranchisements and applications for the right to manage on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
