Position

Partner and lead technology lawyer within the IP, technology and outsourcing group. Non-contentious. Particular specialisms in non-contentious technology matters (including telecoms) and all forms of outsourcing. Advises a range of suppliers and customers on systems development/procurement, software licensing and distribution, cloud computing and open source issues. Extensive experience advising on a range of on-, near and offshore outsourcing, including the outsourcing of IT infrastructure, AD/AM, network services, F&A, HR, FM, healthcare services and other business processes. Assists clients with establishing shared service operations, JVs and public private partnerships. His clients include service providers, technology suppliers, insurers and other financial institutions, retailers, airlines and healthcare providers.
