Partner and leader of the commercial disputes group of the firm. Practises in litigation and arbitration, both in the UK and cross-border. Many years’ experience and a keen interest in commercial disputes for a range of corporates from private companies to plcs. Also advises trustees and others involved in wealth and asset disputes. Particular experience in breach of warranty claims, shareholder disputes and litigation arising from trading issues. Acting for corporate clients on business protection issues such as confidentiality and obtaining injunctions to enforce restrictive covenants.
