Partner. Charles is an experienced non-contentious technology and outsourcing lawyer within the IP, technology and outsourcing group. He advises on a range of matters for suppliers and customers including (all sorts of) outsourcings, IT transformation projects, licensing and distribution, cloud computing, data and general commercial contracts. He assists clients in a wide range of sectors including tech and retail but with a particular focus on financial services and payment systems.
