The nature of disputes being addressed by our Firm includes disputes concerning Hotel Operating Agreements, Agreements between Investors, Agreements concerning Rights to Shareholders or Partners and other such matters.

Litigation before the courts in India: Since the past two decades or more we have been representing clients before the Courts in India including and not limited to the Supreme Court of India, the State High Courts, Commercial Courts, and other Courts.  The nature of disputes which we have been addressing before these Courts could vary from determination of real or intangible property rights, commercial agreements, and other inter-party rights.  Many a time we have represented the clients before the High Court and the Supreme Court when their constitutional rights are infringed upon or their rights to property are expropriated.

Corporate matters: We assist clients presenting claims   before the National Company Law Tribunal or the Appellate Authority. Before the said authorities, we also represent clients in the corporate insolvency resolution process.  The nature of clients are varied - from hospitals to real estate and infrastructure companies to banks and financial institutions.  In this regard, we also file claims or defend claims for cases of oppression of minority shareholders and mismanagement of the company.
