Co-Head of the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department and Co-Head of the Energy, Infrastructure and Projects Practice

Kelvin is Co-Head of the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department and co-heads the Energy, Infrastructure & Projects Practice as well as the Employment, Health & Safety Practice.

Kelvin regularly acts as counsel to key global and local players in the energy, gas, petrochemical, specialty gases, waste management, and water treatment sectors. He has considerable experience working on complex projects, from project structuring and development, to operations and maintenance. Kelvin also works extensively on renewables and carbon management projects in the region, and is widely regarded as one of the leading lawyers and a trusted legal adviser for infrastructure projects in the region.

Kelvin’s practice also includes district cooling, storage and terminalling, tolling and manufacturing arrangements. He regularly advises on a broad range of commercial transactions and public-private partnerships, and other procurement and supply arrangements.
