Work highlights
- Advised Keppel Infrastructure Trust (“KIT”), through its trustee-manager, Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte Ltd, as transaction counsel, in relation to the proposed agreement to amend and extend the Capacity Tolling Agreement for the Keppel Merlimau Cogen Plant by 10 years, from 2030 to 2040, that was entered into by the Infrastructure Division of Keppel Ltd. and KIT.
- Advising Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Limited, through a wholly owned subsidiary, Keppel Midgard Holdings Pte. Ltd., on the development of the Bifrost Cable System, as part of a consortium together with a subsidiary of Meta Inc. and PT.
- Advising PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk and Glencore plc, through their 80:20 joint venture bid company, CAPGC Pte Ltd, on purchasing Shell’s integrated petrochemical assets and business at Bukom and Jurong Island, Singapore.
