For almost 29 years as a professional lawyer, I have been concentrating on "Labor & Employment" and "Competition & Anti-Monopoly", since 1995.   It is my understanding that both areas do share the same fundamental value (i.e, a big twist to "freedom of contract").   In light of my experince I know what companies should and should not do, in order to protect their interest.
