Partner Raiza is an experienced practitioner whose practice focuses on banking and commercial litigation including disputes relating to director’s duties and money-laundering. Her experience extends to corporate insolvency, liquidation and receiverships and she also advises on capital reduction, schemes of arrangement, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings. She regularly appears to conduct hearings and trials in both the Sessions Courts and High Courts.
