Zhang Shuang, Head of the China Desk at Blumenthal Richter & Sumet, presented on the topic "Thailand Labor Law and Corporate Tax Overview" at the Thailand Investment Opportunities Seminar at China-ASEAN Expo 2022 (CAEXPO), on 17 September 2022. Shuang provided an overview of the frameworks of Chinese labor law and Thai labor law and made comparisons including the variety of approaches to labor maintenance costs and labor compliance procedures.
