The annual Legal Plus Thailand and SE Asia: 3rd Annual International Arbitration and Corporate Crime Summit was held on Tuesday 5 July 2022, and Anuwat Ngamprasertkul, Partner and Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution as well as Co-Head of Tech-Media-Telecoms (TMT) at Blumenthal Richter & Sumet, presented on the topic "Corporate Crime and Anti-Corruption in Thailand - Managing Fraud Investigations" together with Michael Ramirez, Senior Counsel at Tilleke & Gibbins, at their Bangkok office.

Anuwat shared his experience of assisting clients in fraud investigations, crisis management and counterclaims.
