Tianshi Wang specializes in investment funds and PE/VC and has advised on many private fund managers in completing private fund manager registration major changes as well as fund filings, and advised on fund structure design, drafting and negotiation of fund documents, fundraising, fund exit and other fund-related issues, serving clients such as Lilly Asia Ventures, China Life Capital, ICBC, Manulife, International, Dajia Insurance, etc.

Tianshi Wang has also advised on many PE/VC and M&A projects for domestic and international companies, such as representing China Life to invest in COFCO, representing Centrium Capital in investing in Meican and Newtech Textile, and representing Lilly Asia Ventures in investing in TargetingOne, etc.
