Alessandro has a wide-ranging expertise in the banking and finance sector and has experience in working in a range of sectors and industries, including financial services, real estate and energy and infrastructure.

Alessandro is a Counsel in our Financial Markets group within the banking team in Milan.

He has extensive experience in advising on acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and debt restructuring in cross-border and domestic transactions and regularly advises the major Italian and foreign banks on a wide range of matters.

Alessandro joined Simmons & Simmons in 2007 and has completed a secondment at BNP Paribas' in 2017. He is qualified as a lawyer in Italy and as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
