Oliver heads the firm's International practice and is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial team focusing on M&A, foreign investments and cross border transactions. He has considerable experience in acting for foreign companies acquiring businesses in Australia and advising management of Australian subsidiaries of overseas companies.

Oliver is the current President of European Business. He also sits on the board of SwissCham and is a member of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
