Albert  Ponte

Anastasia  Coutsouvelis

Eden  Winokur
Eden is a leading cyber, privacy, disputes and insurance lawyer who heads Hall & Wilcox’s cyber team. Eden specialises in advising on the full spectrum of cyber risk. Gemma  Dehn
Gemma is an experienced insurance lawyer, beginning her legal career as a construction/insurance lawyer in London then later re-qualifying to practice in Australia. Gemma specialises in financial lines, construction and environmental claims. She advises domestic and international primary and excess layer insurers on policy coverage, defends complex litigation and proactively manages a range of recovery actions. Gemma has undertaken two insurer secondments within the financial lines team of a major international insurer. Ilona  Strong
Ilona has more than 15 years’ experience with her practice focusing on both statutory and common law claims across both Victorian and Tasmanian workcover legislation. Ilona also has experience in acting for clients in the commonwealth compensation jurisdiction. She recognises the benefits of early resolution of workers’ compensation claims without resorting to protracted litigation for both her clients and the injured worker. Jason commenced employment with Hall and Wilcox in January 2009 and was appointed as a Partner on 1 January 2016. Kathy  Melville
Kathy has over 20 years’ advocacy experience, and over 15 years’ experience in defending and managing workers’ compensation and common law claims in Western Australia.
