Mo is a corporate associate who advises clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals, as well as venture capital and private equity funds, on mergers and acquisitions (including divestitures), securities transactions, private equity and venture capital investments/exits, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations. He possesses extensive experience in advising clients across various sectors, with a particular focus on technology, life sciences and healthcare, construction, education, media and telecoms, and retail and consumer industries. Many of the transactions he advises on are within cutting-edge sub-sectors, which often require specialist legal expertise from experts across the firm. These sub-sectors include artificial intelligence (AI), biotech, blockchain, cyber, deep tech, health-tech, medical devices, quantum computing, software, and robotics, among others. Prior to relocating to the Middle East, Mo served as an in-house M&A counsel for the micro processing chip company – Arm Holdings, a subsidiary of SoftBank Group. Mo is admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and as a legal consultant in Dubai.

Alex is a corporate and commercial Partner based in our Dubai office. Alex is a transactional lawyer with an established and diverse corporate and commercial practice, primarily in the natural resources, transport and logistics, financial services and technology sectors.  Alex regularly advises his international and regional client base on a variety of complex corporate matters, commercial contracts, projects, restructurings, and reorganisations. He is also well-versed in assisting clients on matters of general company law and corporate governance.
