With one of the largest teams dedicated to aviation finance in Singapore, we represent banks, private equity houses, financial institutions, lessors and the most prominent airlines in Southeast Asia. The team has acted on a number of landmark and ground-breaking deals, including some of the largest commercial aircraft orders, portfolio transfers, restructurings, commercial and ECA financings, JOLs, JOLCOs and the most innovative aircraft financing and leasing deals done in Asia.

We also have a banking and finance team that acts for many leading local and international banks, investment companies, other corporates, lessors, funds and other stakeholders on challenging transactions which often involve novel instruments or structures.
