The firm: JTJB International Lawyers Co., Ltd. is part of Joseph Tan Jude Benny LLP (JTJB LLP) an international law firm. The Bangkok office was officially launched in September 2005, by Dato’ Jude Philomen Benny and Danny Chua, our senior partners at JTJB LLP Singapore. Presently the Bangkok office is managed by Naiyachon Tathong, acting as managing partner. While traditionally well-known in commercial litigation with a particular focus on transportation and maritime related disputes, the firm is full-service. Transportation and maritime: the transportation team, headed by Mr Naiyachon is one of the most experienced transportation and maritime practices in Thailand and is also supported by our team of lawyers who have experienced in the insurance sector.  The team advises and acts for protection and indemnity clubs, ship owners, charterer, logistic and various cargo interests, amongst others.

Dispute resolution and arbitration: the commercial litigation team is one of the firm’s greatest strengths. Built on the same foundations as the transportation team, JTJB’s civil litigation team boasts a selection of lawyers who are respected locally and internationally for their litigation and international arbitration expertise.

Corporate, mergers and acquisitions: the corporate practice group led by Mr Aaron and Mr Kosol consists of experienced legal practitioners dedicated to assisting clients to help sustain and grow their businesses. Labour and employment: Mr Naiyachon has significant experience in labour and employment law matters and frequently represents clients in the labour court of Thailand. Mr Naiyachon has advised on the labour structure for a multinational company and represented major companies as lead counsel in labour disputes. Apart from labour disputes, Mr Aaron also specializes in immigration and work permit issues.

Real estate: the best team handling real estate and property projects in Thailand. The team is comprised of experienced and dedicated professionals having over ten years of experience in real estate matters. The firm specializes in tax issues and environmental  issues relating to real estate projects.

Tax and customs: Mr Kosol has more than 25 years’ substantial experience in supervising and handling foreign and Thai clients on a broad range and in all aspects of Thai taxation law, including tax planning for corporate and personal tax structures. His expertise also extends to advising on customs issues and customs disputes concerning the transaction value, customs tariff, smuggling and restricted goods.

Intellectual property: Ms Pattaravadee is the key person dealing with intellectual property work including locally and international trademark , copyright and patent registration. The team handles all aspects of contentious work covering the entire spectrum of intellectual property rights enforcement. These include civil and criminal proceedings relating to trademark, copyright and patent infringement as well as applying for the necessary injunctions.
