Managing Partner

Naiyachon has been appointed as our Managing Partner of JTJB since August 2015. He was previously experienced in a leading international law firm specialized in Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, Shipping & Maritime and Transportation. While his practice has been focused on litigation over 20 years, he has a rich practice experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Naiyachon has focused on Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practices covering an area of dispute i.e. shipping & maritime, international trade, commercial, construction, shareholder & joint venture, labor, trade competition & antitrust and also white-collar. He also has handled arbitration case in Thailand and international arbitration e.g. Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA), London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), ICC International Court of Arbitration, Thai Arbitration Center (THAC), Thai Arbitration institute (TAI) etc.

Naiyachon’s areas of shipping and maritime disputes covering wet and dry areas i.e. arrest of vessel, hull claim, charterparty claim, collisions, cargo claim, demurrage claims, bunker claim and marine insurance claim.

For non-litigation matters, Naiyachon has extensive experience in shipping & maritime agreement, international trade transactions, commercial agreement, labor & employment and commercial regulatory.

Naiyachon has been appointed to be the Panel of Arbitrators of the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) and has been appointed to be an arbitrator in the case at Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI).
