At Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP we recognize that the practice of law is one of the least diverse professions in the world. We realize that diverse upbringing and education helps create unique and fresh perspectives that can be very important to a legal services firm. As such, we stress on creating a highly diverse and inclusive environment. One approach has been to improve diversity in new hires across all roles by implementing such measures during recruitment. Another approach has been to improve diversity in key positions by providing appropriate mentorship and leadership opportunities. We take pride in the fact that our firm is made up of members who come from different socio-economic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. Approximately, 55% of our members are women, and each minority group of our country is well represented in the membership pool. It remains our constant endeavour to identify approaches that truly work to improve diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
