Provides strategic expertise and commercially focused risk management advice aimed at resolving disputes quickly, effectively and commercially. Particular experience of cross border litigation, both leading and supporting, seeking urgent injunctive relief and international arbitration. Extensive experience and expertise in ADR techniques.
