In order to boost our overall performance and contribute to international IP protection, we employ and train personnel without regard for ethnicity, nationality, gender or age, to create a working environment in which all members of our diverse team can maximize their potential. We also have systems in place for parental leave and flexible working times, as well as hiring of veteran staff over the age of 65. This creates opportunities for many different ways of working.

Pro bono

All of our patent attorneys are registered as expert advisors in the pro bono invention advice program run by the Japan Patent Attorneys Association, offering free IP advice to small- and medium-sized companies and individuals throughout central Japan.

Our managing partner is also registered as an expert advisor with the Gifu Invention Association and Gifu City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, offering free on-site IP advice to companies and individuals within Gifu prefecture.
