Gwendoline Brooker
Gwendoline (Gwen) Brooker is a Partner based in Frasers’ Hanoi office. She has more than 35 years of experience in transactional and disputes work in the energy industry across the board from upstream oil and gas to refining and chemical, marketing and latterly, renewables in wind, solar and batteries. A qualified English barrister from Lincoln’s Inn, she has an LL.B (Hons) from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
