Celia Jenkins
Celia Jenkins joined Tuli & Co in 2006 and heads the Firm’s non-contentious practice. She has over 16 years of experience and specialises in product development, insurance regulatory advisory and corporate commercial work for insurers, reinsurers and insurance intermediaries, as well as general clients. Celia also assists insurers and insurance intermediaries in dealing with disciplinary actions by the insurance regulator and has also assisted insurers with strategy advice and the regulatory process for appeal before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT).  In addition, she advises overseas reinsurers and Indian financial companies on a range of corporate issues in relation to investments in the insurance space and also advises clients on restructuring options, foreign direct investment issues and joint ventures in the insurance and financial space.  Celia has also been involved in assisting reinsurers in setting up branch offices in India. Celia has been recognised as a leading practitioner for insurance law in India for the past several years by The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.  Indian Business Law Journal (2019 edition) states that she knows the ins and outs of “not just the legal and regulatory framework of matters, but also the practical aspects of many industry practices and unwritten rules”.  She is ranked in the category of “Leading Individuals” in the latest issue of The Legal 500, Asia Pacific (2022) and as a Band 2 lawyer in the latest Chambers and Partners, Asia-Pacific (2023).  Clients describe her as having “hands-on insurance expertise” (The Legal 500, Asia Pacific, 2018) and “approachable, quick and clear in her advice and turnaround time…” (Chambers and Partners, Asia Pacific, 2023).
Mandakini Khanna
Mandakini joined Tuli & Co’s coverage and claims practice in 2009. She has 13+ years of experience and specialises in providing coverage and claims advice to Indian Insurers and Indian and overseas Reinsurers under a range of insurance policies including E&O, D&O, EPLI, Media, Clinical Trial, Public Liability, Product Liability, Project Liability, CGL, ALOP, EAR, CAR, Cyber, Life, Trade Credit, Crime, POSI, Venture Capital policies. She also advises Insurers and Reinsurers on subrogation related matters and on various other insurance relevant matters such as monitoring of underlying claims, advising on appropriate release/settlement wording. Mandakini has been recognised by the Legal 500, Asia Pacific for the past 3 editions, as the “Next Generation Partner". Naval Sharma
Naval joined the Firm’s dispute resolution practice in 2009. He has 14+ years of experience and specialises in handling disputes related to  insurance and reinsurance, construction, shipping, trade credit, bills of exchange, white collar crimes, insolvency disputes, media rights, shareholder disputes and complex commercial contract related disputes for Indian Insurers, Trade Credit Insurers, overseas Reinsurers, and general commercial clients. Naval represents clients in proceedings before Indian Courts, consumer courts,  ad-hoc and institutional  domestic and international arbitration tribunals, insolvency tribunals and other forums. Naval has been ranked by Asia Pacific Legal 500 for the last 3 years. The 2022 edition says that "…Naval Sharma…has over a decade of experience specialising in handling disputes for Indian insurers". Neeraj Tuli

Neeraj Tuli is the senior partner of Tuli & Co. Before setting up Tuli & Co in 2000, Neeraj was a partner with insurance law specialist firm Kennedys in London. He is widely recognised for his depth of knowledge and understanding of the contentious and non-contentious aspects of the insurance and reinsurance industry. He is recognised as a leading lawyer by prominent legal directories in the insurance space. He is named in the prestigious Hall of Fame by The Legal 500 for 2021, and is also consistently featured as Band 1 practitioner for insurance by Chambers Asia-Pacific as well as in the ‘A-List: India’s Top 100 Lawyers’ by the India Business Law Journal. Rajat Taimni
Rajat Taimni joined Tuli & Co in 2001 and heads the Firm’s dispute resolution practice. He has 22+ years of experience and his core practice is litigation and arbitration on disputes involving insurance and reinsurance, investment treaties, sovereign funds, charterparties, sports and media, white collar issues, joint venture disputes, railways, aviation, and defence contracts. Rajat represents Insurers, Reinsurers, and commercial clients with litigious disputes before Indian Courts as well as before international and domestic arbitration tribunals. Rajat specializes in high profile, high value and complex ad-hoc arbitrations as well as institutional arbitrations arising from LCIA, ICC, SIAC, DIAC, CIETAC, JAMS, ICA, International Cotton Association, American Arbitration Association Rules, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and International Centre for Dispute Resolution International Arbitration Rules, amongst others. His core practice is handling complex commercial disputes before the Supreme Courts, High Courts, ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations and other ADR procedures.  Rajat is regularly instructed in litigation cases involving contractual disputes, liquidated damages, misrepresentation, insolvency, extension of time, delays, civil recoveries as well as matters involving foreign exchange investigations.  On the arbitration docket, he appears for a number of clients from the Private Equity in investment related matters, government and private entities in construction, infrastructure, urban development and bridge and tunnels as well as media rights holders in sports disputes.
