Yean Yean is a partner of Wong Jin Nee & Teo; has advised clients on many aspects of protection of IPRs with primary focus on brand protection including full clearance trade mark searches, trade mark applications, prosecutions, oppositions, cancellations and enforcement of trade marks; has advised clients on copyright, industrial designs, ICT, passing off and general advice relating to IP laws; has written several articles and chapters on IPRs and franchising published in various publications.

Admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and called to the Malaysian Bar in 1997; became a partner of Wong Jin Nee & Teo in 2008; registered trade marks and industrial designs agent. Also a Legal Practitioner in the New South Wales Supreme Court, admitted in 2004.
