Jin Nee Wong

Jin Nee is one of the founding partners of Wong Jin Nee & Teo; successfully represented clients against cyber-squatters through dispute resolutions filed with WIPO; has implemented antipiracy/brand protection programmes for various multinationals; very active in public policy and engagement work including lobbying for reform of IP laws and procurements; has advised clients on all aspects of commercial exploitation of IPRs, including negotiating and preparing manufacturing, ICT, franchise (including assisting clients in obtaining approval and securing registration under the Franchise Act 1998), licence and biotechnology agreements; has assisted clients in conducting audits to identify ownership and scope of their IPRs; advises clients in areas of ICT, digital integrity, cyber laws, e-commerce and media/entertainment laws. She has written numerous articles and chapters on IPRs and franchising published in various publications.

Joanne Kong

Joanne is a partner of Wong Jin Nee & Teo; has advised clients on many aspects of protection of IPRs with primary focus on brand protection including full clearance trade mark searches, trade mark applications, prosecutions, oppositions, cancellations and enforcement of trade marks; has advised clients on copyright, industrial designs, passing off, commercial exploitation of IPRs and general advice relating to IP laws; also does regulatory and compliance work in relation to media and advertising laws.

Yean Yean Lim
