With abolition of IPAB (Intellectual Property Appellate Board) in India and setting up dedicated IP Courts (under Commercial Courts) in High Courts with newly notified “The Delhi High Court Intellectual Property Rights Division Rules, 2022”, pending and emerging Intellectual Property related disputes and litigations are receiving due attention and early resolution through landmark judgements.  Recent examples of judgements from Delhi High Court, relying on Reports from Scientific Advisers (notified by the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks) on the “ipindia.nic.in” official website has received widespread acclaim and validation on appeal from Division Bench.
