Stuart Wickham is a conveyancing partner with over 20 years residential property experience, dealing with conveyancing and non-contentious property matters. Stuart has specialist experience in property maters, in particular right to buy transactions and conveyancing, together with assisting clients with various property areas, including adverse possession, SDLT and tricky property matters. Stuart provides support and training for the team as well as developing on boarding, IT and in-house systems to facilitate the conveyancing process for staff and clients. He acts for local and national clients, brokers and agents. He sits on the Risk Management Committee for the Firm and deals in Business Development for the Firm and his colleagues in Harpenden.
