The Company’s “smart-shared platforms” aims at providing agile market access, optimize patient experiences, deliver organizational growth, and empowering every stakeholder in the healthcare ecosystem. DSK Legal advised HealthQuad on: (a) conducting the legal due diligence on the Company; and (b) drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents in relation to HealthQuad’s primary and secondary investment in the Company.
