Shrimant Singh has been advising clients on contentious and non-contentious issues in IPR for more than a decade now. He is an expert in the finer nuances of protecting IP in India. He holds an Engineering Degree with specialization in Electronics & Communications followed with a Degree in Law from University of Delhi.

Shrimant is also a Registered Patent Agent and has extensive experience in representing clients before the Patent Offices and IP Appellate Board. He has advised several domestic and international clients on patent prosecution and practice in India.

His focus areas are Electronics, Telecommunication, Power, Biotechnology, Mechanical, Instrumentation / Medical Equipment, Electrical, Physical Chemistry and Mining Technology. Shrimant often represents the firm at various forums in India and is a frequent commentator on the Indian patent scenario.
