Ms. Daizy Chawla has specialization in Corporate, Taxation and IPR Laws. She regularly advises clients on legal matters including but not limited to corporate laws, insolvency, taxation, etc. She regularly advises on variety of issues pertaining to domestic and cross-border corporate tax, incorporation, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, FDI/FEMA, SEBI, ECB, direct and indirect taxation, etc.

Ms. Chawla has expertise in assisting clients across industry verticals like Real estate and Infrastructure, Hospitals and Hospitality, Ports, Mining, Educational institutions, Manufacturing, Import and Export to name a few.

She regularly shares her expertise with society through Pro Bono work for various domestic and international matters. She is actively associated with Advocates for International Development (A4ID) and Trust Law, the Thomson Reuters Foundation’s global pro bono legal programme.
