Simon is the firm’s Managing Partner and is responsible for managing the legal and operational side of the business.  The role includes producing and implementing the strategic plan while working closely with Heads of Department and Offices, individual partners and Business Services Directors to shape the firm to meet the accelerated pace of change in clients’ expectations.

Simon joined Thrings in 1997 and has been a Partner since 2000. He was elected as Managing Partner in May 2013.
