Position

Susan is the managing partner of Debenhams Ottaway and also manages the growing Wills, trusts and probate team. She offers specialist advice in Wills, probate, trusts, tax planning and estate administration and also advises elderly clients in relation to their general affairs, in particular, the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and their registration. Susan is regularly appointed by clients to act as executor, trustee and attorney. Her client base includes a variety of private clients and a number of high-net-worth clients based both locally in Hertfordshire and in London.
