Partner

Salman is a Partner at the Lahore office and heads the firm’s Property & Real Estate practice.

He has more than twenty-five years (25) of experience as an attorney advising clients on land and property matters including carrying out due diligence, preparing sale and purchase agreements, registering transactions and perfection of title. As someone who understands the complex landscape governing property law, he has advised on a number of real estate development projects that includes DHA Islamabad, Malam Jabba Ski Resort, Capital Smart City and other private schemes.

Before rejoining the ABS & Co’s Lahore office in 2013, Salman was on secondment to the Defence Housing Authority (DHA)  where he worked for more than seven (7) years advising them on major development projects.

He has previously served at the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) as an Additional Deputy Prosecutor General, Punjab where he primarily investigated and prosecuted corruption in property and land matters. During his eight (8) year tenure in NAB, he also served as Special Prosecutor, Secretary Plea Bargain Committee and Legal Consultant.
