Mr. Wang Huanxu graduated from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics in 2005 and joined Tianjin Branch later that year. Through years of internal training and hard work, he was promoted to partner in 2017. Mr. Wang provided professional services to local authorities, State-owned enterprises, banks and foreign-invested companies for years, accumulating abundant experience in helping them maintain compliance with laws and regulations and solve problems arising therefrom, make commercial, operation and management plans and exercise risk controls, and properly respond to and cope with emergencies and mass incidents. Meanwhile, Mr. Wang represented clients in large quantities of construction and engineering, recovery of non-performing assets, and labor disputes in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
