Maarten Roos is founder and managing director of R&P China Lawyers, a Chinese law firm that focuses on supporting international businesses in China with legal and practical solutions. The firm is mid-sized, headquartered in Shanghai with a second office in Beijing, and focuses on 7 core practice areas: corporate, commercial, employment, compliance, IP, tax and dispute resolution.

Maarten has been widely recognized for his expertise in general corporate matters (investment, M&A, restructuring and corporate governance) and dispute resolution, and also advises on employment, IP and general commercial matters.
