Naik Naik & Co is a full-service law firm Headquartered in Mumbai with affiliate offices PAN India.

Established in 2004, the Firm today houses about fifty highly skilled legal professionals, focused on providing strategic, innovative and holistic legal solutions to its clients.

Our vision has been to focus and concurrently grow our Service Lines and Industry Focus, allowing us to offer bespoke solutions to our clients, who consistently benefit from such convergence. Areas of practice

TMT: the firm has an unmatched track record in servicing clients in the TMT sector. The firm caters to lasting clients in the media sector include large production houses (Indian and foreign), distribution companies (film and television programs), television and radio broadcasters, content owners, media companies and exhibitors and operators of theatres and multiplexes.

General corporate: the firm has boosted its general corporate practice with a couple of lateral hires. It has strategically built a robust general corporate and M&A practice with its experience and expertise on transactions across industries and borders.

Capital Market: the firm not only advises many listed companies in fund raising and regular compliance requirements of regulators and stock exchanges, but also advises many merchant bankers who regularly engage on mandates for rights issues, QIB, buy-backs and more.
