In 2013, the well-reputed Danish law firm BvHD (Bender von Haller Dragsted) merged with Bird & Bird to form the firm’s office in Denmark. Based in the capital Copenhagen, the firm offers a team of over 42 bilingual (Danish and English) lawyers.

The office is headed by head of country Casper Moltke-Leth.

Intellectual property: advises on all aspects of intellectual property, especially in connection with IT and the Internet, including open source, creative commons, licenses and development agreements, and social web services.
