Sean qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. He specialised in acting for injured Claimants and then also worked for several insurer clients defending such claims. As a resuilt Sean has an understanding of the wants, needs and tactics of both sides and uses this to achieve the best results for his clients.

Sean will assist clients with Road Traffic claims, Fatal accidents, Public Liability, Employers Liability and Occupiers Liability. He puts good client care at the forefront of the relationship.

Recent Claims have included a £4M settlement for a broker with a moderate head injury from a motorcycle accident and several settlements from Solicitors who damaged, undersettled or lost the original compensation claim through their negligence and breaches
