Simon trained with MW Solicitors undertaking seats in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Private Client. He qualified in October 2014 and worked as a Personal Injury Solicitor, assisting a Senior Solicitor whilst building his own varied Multi-Track case load.

He gain accreditation as a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) in February 2021. He has been mentioned in the Legal 500 twice with the latest being in 2023/24.

Simon was made Partner in 2023 and continues to work with the Personal Injury department.

APIL - Senior Litigator

Simon attended Bournemouth University where he took the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2009/10. He then progressed to the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford.

Prior to this, Simon has undertaken his first degree in History & Classics at St Mary's University College (Twickenham) and a Masters in Classics at the University of London, Birbeck College.

Prior to working in the legal industry, he was a Publican / Licensee of a busy pub and conference venue in South West, London.
