Dual qualified in China and New York, Ms. Yu has over 16 years of experience on contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis on trademark, copyright, domain name, design, and unfair competition matters. She has extensive experience on trademark portfolio management, IP enforcement (brand protection), IP litigation, strategic IP counselling, IP assignment and licensing.

Ms. Yu has handled thousands of IP cases, representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world. She assists foreign companies with their IP cases in China and assists Chinese companies with global trademark portfolio management and cross-border IP disputes. She represents companies of all sizes (from Fortune 500 companies to SMEs) in a broad range of industry sectors, primarily technology, fashion, entertainment, automotive and e-commerce. She can provide legal services in three languages (Chinese, English and Japanese).
