Meidyna Budiarti, a 2007 graduate of the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya Catholic University with a specialization in Economic and Business Law, boasts a distinguished career that spans several leading firms in Jakarta and Singapore. Her professional journey includes a notable tenure at a leading Jakarta-based firm, followed by three years at a prominent law firm in Singapore, where she played a pivotal role in cross-border transactions and served as part of the Indonesian desk as a foreign lawyer. Lastly, she worked at a prestigious law firm within the ‘Big Four’ before rejoining IABF Law Firm as a Partner in 2024.

Meidyna’s extensive practice encompasses a wide array of corporate matters, including foreign investment, corporate restructuring, corporate secretarial services, and complex transactions involving mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital markets (such as Initial Public Offerings, bond issuance, rights issues, material transactions), as well as banking & finance (including debt restructuring and facility agreements). Her client base includes a diverse range of local and international companies, and state-owned enterprises across various industries. Fluent in both Indonesian and English, Meidyna has achieved global recognition for her work, with notable cases nominated as finalists for the ALB Debt Market Deal of the Year at the ALB Indonesia Law Awards. In 2020, she was recognized as one of Indonesia's Rising Stars by Asian Legal Business. Meidyna is also an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia).
