Represented a major French hotel management chain in general civil lawsuits and enforcement of arbitral award of the ICC Arbitration in Thailand. Represented well-known banking and financial service company in dispute related to false submission of its customer’s credit information with National Credit Bureau. Advising a plastic surgery clinic in respect of medical law and consumer protection law in order to defend customer’s complaints addressed to Ministry of Public Health and The Office of the Consumer Protection Board. Advised oil field services company on regulatory compliance and labor and employment for its operations in Thailand and represented the company in disputes related to the terms and conditions of employment, termination of employment and unfair termination lawsuits. Represented a leading global marketing services company in disputes related to unfair termination lawsuits. Represented foreign individual who was assigned to work and was terminated in Thailand in dispute related to missing portion of severance payment and unfair termination lawsuits brought against UK sales promotion consultancy services Company.
