Ralph is a Director at Prolegis.

Ralph has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, equity fund raisings, and private equity and venture capital fund investments. Ralph’s clients include corporates – ranging from start-ups to listed companies and multinationals – as well as private investors, private equity funds and venture capital funds.

He has been consistently recognised as a market-leading lawyer in corporate and M&A.  He is ranked as a leading individual in Singapore corporate/M&A by both Chambers Asia-Pacific and Chambers Global, and is recognised as a highly regarded individual by IFLR1000

Prior to joining Prolegis, Ralph led the Singapore corporate practice of an international law practice and co-led the M&A practice at one of Singapore’s leading law firms.
