Lake Legal is an established specialist boutique family law practice under the strong leadership of Lyn Ayrton and Claire Glaister. The team advises on all areas of private family law, with a particular focus on medium to high net worth individuals, complex cases involving business and trust assets and cross-jurisdictional issues. The firm also acts in relation to high value pre and post-nuptial agreements and specialises in complex children related cases including cases involving removal of children from and within the jurisdiction and finding of fact hearings. The firm also advises on matters arising under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act and the Family Law Act.
