Areas of practice
Institutional investments: the firm’s services include but are not limited to transaction planning for investments in Taiwan or cross-border investments, drafting and negotiations of foreign and local investment contracts, due diligence, and advisory on investment-related laws.

Mergers and acquisitions: the firm offers comprehensive services related to approval of foreign investment, public tender offers, and legal compliance related to corporate governance.

Reorganisation and bankruptcy: the firm has considerable professional ability and practical experience in offering legal services related to corporate reconstruction such as reorganisation, bankruptcy, special liquidation, and the restructuring of corporate organisations.

Finance, banking and insurance: the firm’s services include legal advisory on incorporation, registration, restructuring, business transfer, and merger and acquisition of financial institutions.
