Recent transactional highlights include advising on the acquisition, financing and project development of onshore and offshore wind farms, photovoltaic plants and other renewable energy projects in Germany and Europe as well as on the establishment of joint ventures and M&A transactions regarding energy and infrastructure projects and businesses. Further, Marcus advises on corporate M&A transactions involving private equity investors, including acquisitions by portfolio companies in connection with “buy and build” structures.

Marcus’ clients include financial investors, utilities and other strategic investors, banks and project developers.
