Alastair has over 20 years of experience advising clients throughout the Middle East on private and public M&A, equity capital markets, private equity and joint ventures. Alexander joined the firm as a trainee in 2014 and qualified in 2016. He has experience in a wide range of international disputes, with a focus on construction and engineering disputes as well as general commercial litigation. Alexia specialises in asset finance, leasing and project finance, where she acts primarily for banks and other financial institutions, equity investors, export credit agencies, and other lenders and lessors. Anna advises employers and senior executives, particularly in relation to complex corporate acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Archit is dual qualified in India and England & Wales and has previously worked at a leading law firm in Singapore and litigated in India. A specialist in economic public law, Arnaud has particular expertise advising on public-private partnerships and public contracts in France on matters as diverse as transport infrastructure, municipal and state equipment and buildings, electronic communication networks, and defence and energy-related transactions. James specialises in commercial, banking and property disputes. He has over 30 years’ experience in property enforcements in particular, including mortgage possession actions (such as successfully acting for the claimant in the leading case of Stockholm Finance Ltd v Garden Holdings Inc & Ors) and enforcement of judgments obtained against individuals by means of a charging order over real property assets held in the name of offshore companies (including successfully acting for the claimant in the leading case of United Overseas Bank Ltd v Iwuanyanwu).
